We would like to assure the consumer that our dairy works according to a high quality standard to offer an excellent product. We have obtained national and international certifications and we have adopted a self-controlled program based on HACCP principles as required by regulations..

 

H.A.C.C.P.

The dairy has adopted a system of hazard analysis control and critical control points in accordance with the H.A.C.C.P. method.

H.A.C.C.P. is a system of sanitary control that allows us to implement self-control of the production process in an organized, systematic way. This allows us to achieve high levels of food safety and ensure the healthiness of our preparations, therefore protecting consumer health.

 

ISO 9001 Certification

We have achieved a very important goal: ISO 9001 certification (quality management system). This certification guarantees that Parmigiano Reggiano obtained in our dairy was produced in compliance with strict rules according to high processing standards. The continuous monitoring of production processes ensures effectiveness and efficiency in the production of Parmigiano Reggiano.

We have set ourselves an objective to export our product abroad: we want to win the trust of consumers in Europe and one of the requirements was to obtain certifications that are recognized abroad.

 

Standard BRC

The standard was developed by:

  • The British Retail Consortium, which represents major British retailers such as Tesco Stores, Sainsbury’s Supermarket, ASDA Stores, etc.

Standard BRCThe dairy is subject to the Anglo-Saxon BRC (British Retails Consortium) standard in order to meet the needs of supermarket chains in the UK: in fact, the majority of retailers in Britain and in other countries have established BRC registration as a prerequisite for being included among their suppliers.
